Disclaimer of warranty for Website

We provide our Website and its contents on an "AS IS" basis and make no warranty or representation regarding any Product, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, which are hereby expressly disclaimed, unless otherwise specifically stated herein.

Errors on the Website

Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on the Website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on the Website (including the terms hereunder) at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled by IKBSafter your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Limitations and exclusions

We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the Website. Monitor displays, including but not limited to, the fonts displayed therein, are simulated. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers or to stipulate such sales in certain conditions. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance.

If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.

Damages

In order to provide you products with the finest quality, IKBS uses a unique and delicate technology to engrave the required characters onto your laptop or your notebook keyboard or your mobile phone (the "Computer"), as the case may be. Naturally, the changes in the keyboards are irreversible. Although the rate of defaults in IKBS' production process is almost nonexistent, there is no production process which is completely error-free and therefore IKBS cannot assure that the production process of the Products is free of errors. In any event, however, IKBS warranty is limited to a direct damage to the keys of your Computer. IKBS shall replace and repair any key which was damaged in the production process of the Product. The customer shall not be entitled to any monetary compensation. Nevertheless, in the event of a damage to any of the keys which IKBS failed to repair during a term of 21 days (not including any delays in connection with the delivery), we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

IKBS shall not bear any responsibility or liability with respect to the customer's Computer, its memory or any of its hardware or software components in the event of a damage which was caused to the customer's Computer in the production or the delivery processes, even if the customer advised or warned IKBS about the possibility that a such damage will occur.

In no event shall IKBS, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Payment types we accept online

We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: visa, mastercard,diners,American express. Payment may also be made via Paypal under the terms of Paypal.com. IKBS shall not bear any responsibility with respect to safety and secure of the Paypal payment. All prices in the Website are quoted in US Dollars only and all payments will be made in US Dollars.

For any Website purchases we are unable to accept cash, checks and wire transfers. If you would like to make a purchase using either cash or a check you may visit IKBS' store.

Sales tax policy

We collect sales and use tax as required only by United-State applicable law. Your confirmation of your order total will reflect the applicable state and local sales tax, if any. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the zip code where your order was shipped, delivered or picked up .

You agree to assume liability for any applicable tax in any event of incomplete tax collection for any reason whatsoever.

Order fulfillment

You may order the Products by using the Website or contacting IKBS telephonically. You may also visit IKBS' store and place an order on the spot. The basic principle is that we need to receive your personal Computer in order to provide you with the Product. This can be made by two methods: 1.By dropping the Computer at IKBS' store, order the Product and pickup the Product from IKBS' store at the delivery time. 2.By shipping the Computer to IKBS and have the Product shipped back to your home.

Drop & Pickup from IKBS' store:

 First please contact us to ensure the availability of the Product and the time frame of the delivery. If the Product is available, you can come to IKBS' store (the address is indicated below), place an order and return at the delivery time to pickup the Product. We may also send you the Product to your location in the event that such shipment was coordinated and paid in advance at the time of the order.

We reserve the right to withhold release of Products in circumstances where payment for the Product and the delivery was not made in full.

Product not picked up within 21 days of the order will sent to storage and IKBS shall assume no responsibility with respect to such Product, including without limitation, its condition and availability to the customer.

Home Delivery: You may have your product shipped or delivered to your home via our shipping service. Our shipping service is made by a courier company and is subject to the terms and conditions of the service which is provided by any such courier. Please consider our shipping information as well as the procedure of order before you submit an order.

You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses.

Order cancellations

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may cancel your order and we will issue a full refund to the original pay type, provided that the Computer was not received by IKBS and sent to production. In the event that any engraving process was performed, cancellation will not be accepted and you will be liable for the full amount of the order Please remember that the engraving process on your Computer is irreversible.

Product return

To return a product you must contact us prior so we can provide you the return instructions and RMA number.
We accept returns of non-defective or damaged items in their original package within 14 business days, for a refund of the item value or for an exchange.

Returning an item without prior notice, might cause delays in your refund / exchange, and confusion regarding the package origin.

Laptops & Netbooks returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Defective Products

Defective products can be returned within 14 business days from the day received for a refund or replacement.
Any defective item received after 14 days, will be replaced with same or similar value product.

 Damage during shipping.
